New Law That Allows Hawaii to Have Recreational Cannabis is About to Be Voted On

According to its official summary, the new bill legalizes growing for personal use and allows possession up to a certain amount, and it also regulates how cannabis can be sold by setting the requirements and licensing guidelines to operate a marijuana dispensary which is nothing but a store for specifically buying cannabis. It will allow anyone living in Hawaii to personally cultivate six marijuana plants, three mature and three immature. Hawaii Senate Bill 686 was introduced by Senator Kalani English (D).
